What is OneLock Access?

OneLock Access is your mobile app for accessing storage units and facility entry points. When you move into a storage facility that uses OneLock, you'll receive a text message prompting you to download this app. Once set up, you can operate locks, access gates, and doors, and manage your storage access—all from your phone.

The app works in conjunction with your facility's management systems. Facility staff manages your account and permissions through OneLock Web (Admin Panel) and OneLock Manager (Manager App), while you handle your daily access needs through OneLock Access.

Your Storage Access Journey

Understanding your journey helps you know what to expect when using OneLock Access. The process flows from move-in through daily usage, with the app handling most tasks automatically.

Move-in Setup

When you move into a OneLock-enabled facility, you'll receive a text message with a link to download OneLock Access. After downloading the app and verifying your phone number, your assigned units and entry points automatically load from your facility account. No manual setup or configuration needed.

Daily Usage

Once set up, OneLock Access becomes your primary tool for storage access. You'll use it to operate unit locks, access gates and doors, and monitor your account status. The app works with NFC technology, so you simply hold your phone against the lock or entry point to operate it.

Payment Integration

Your access automatically syncs with your payment status. Current tenants have full access to operate locks normally, while past-due tenants see a denied access screen when attempting to open their unit. When payment is made, access restores automatically without any manual intervention.

Unit Management

View and operate your assigned storage units directly from the app. See unit details, monitor access status, and use NFC scanning to open and close locks. The app clearly indicates which units you have access to and their current status.

Entry Point Access

Access gates, doors, and other shared facility areas using the same NFC technology. Tap on entry points from the home screen, then scan your phone to operate them. This gives you seamless access throughout the facility.

Account Monitoring

Monitor your account status and payment information directly in the app. See when your access is active, check payment status, and understand any restrictions that might affect your storage access.

Activity Logging & Monitoring

Every operation you perform gets automatically recorded and monitored. The system tracks lock operations, access attempts, temporary access usage, and system events. This gives facility staff visibility into usage patterns, helps identify security issues, maintains audit trails for liability protection, and tracks all system modifications.
